We are also mining ourselves, because we have to test our Miners.

What type of internet connection should I require?

Our Miners only require a standard ADSL connection.

How do I find the IP address of my Miner?

A.

Connect to your router, select “DHCP devices” and the miner will usually be displayed under its product name. The “IP address” will be noted alongside this; if you have more than one miner connected to your network, you have to note the “IP address” of each machine.

My Miner has suddenly stopped working.

A.

Check if you are able to login via ssh; if not, be sure to use the right IP address and select the standard port (22).

What should I do in the event of a power cut?

Switch off the PSU, disconnect it from the wall and allow the power to discharge. Do not turn on the PSU again until the power has successfully been restored.

What temperatures are safe for the ASIC chips to run at?

Even if miners are designed with a consistent airflow, you should use your miners in a fresh, temperature controlled environment.

Is VAT included in the price?

No, VAT is not included. VAT is calculated by your country of origin and added at the checkout where applicable.

Shipping and Custom fees depend on your country's law and policies. Keep in mind that there could be some extra costs to receive your Fastminer at home. Please check with your local custom office.
